Q: If I set an appointment for 2pm, do you just show up anytime in the day? A: We start our jobs at 8am Monday - Friday. We set our appointments and consider the time it may take for us to get to your home or business. We cannot always know exactly when we may get to your home. That is the reason we have a policy to call if we are going to be at your home a half hour or more early or a half hour or more late. We want you to be confident that we will be there whether early or late by calling you to let you know.
Q: About those Stains!!!
A: Don't do anything!!! Call us FIRST!!!
Anything that is considered to be a 'stain' is trying to change the color of the carpeting or fabric to the color of the product that was spilled.
1. Try to extract it with either a wet dry vac or a shampooer.
2. Do NOT use any kind of cleaner.
3. Warm water works the best. Pour it on the stain and extract it.
Some cleaners can actually cause a spill to absorb into the fibers of the
carpet or fabric. So, extract spill first, then pour warm water over the spill
and extract it.
How many times? As many times as it takes to get the spill to disappear.
4. The sooner you can extract it or clean it up the better off you will be.
5. If you get a stain that has dried onto the carpeting, the best thing to do is
to leave it alone and call us first.
6. There is NO guarantee to get stains out. All we can do is do our best.
We have gotten out the majority of stains, but there are those rare ones
that will not come out. The biggest obsticle in getting stains out is
'how much someone else has worked on it'. The more the stain is worked
on, the harder it is to get out.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: We have a Company that uses us to clean their rentals. Most of the jobs for them include alot of stains and pet stains. We clean for them several times a week. We have to pass inspection. The carpets are black lighted during the inspection. ...and WE PASS Now and then we do go back and reservice. Being in this business, we have been educated on such a consistant level that we have learned in our growth. Being there for YOU... that is important to us.
" I would love to guarantee 'everyone' that their carpets are going to come out
great. Everythings going to come out perfect and that when I am done, your
carpeting is going to come out 'brand new'. But, I can't. What I can
guarantee is that you will get my best. That I will do everything I can do to get
your carpets cleaned to MY satisfaction. I expect that when I clean carpets or
upholstery, every spot will come out, every stain will come out and your furniture or carpeting will look brand new when I am done. AND, If that doesn't happen it is for a 'really good reason' and I will explain that to you if the cleaning does not come out to my satisfaction. "

Q: Will you come back if I have a problem with pet odors?
A: YES!!! We will re-service pet odors for FREE up to two times after the initial cleaning
if it is needed. If we can't fix the problem after two re-services, then the
problem is greater then just cleaning and spraying for odor control. ...and we WILL
discuss that at that time!
We have rarely had to re-service since January of 2003, but we are there for everyone who has had animal stains and odors. So, again, CALL US!!! Love to

Q: What do you consider to be 'EMERGENCY CARPET CLEANING'?
A: We are closed on the weekends. Open some Saturdays for Emergencies! EMERGENCIES are when you are pretty much beside yourself and have no other suggestions but to ask for a Saturday because you have no other choice.
